Sylvester Stallone’s Wife Filed for Divorce Because He Wanted Another Dog

Before you think about bringing another pet into the family despite your partner’s wishes, think again. Sylvester Stallone’s wife, model Jennifer Flavin, reportedly filed for divorce after the couple disagreed over whether or not to get a new dog.

TMZ reports that Stallone wanted to adopt a Rottweiler to help protect their family, but Flavin wasn’t into the idea — spurring a heated argument earlier this summer that apparently brought up a number of other issues between the couple. Sources told TMZ “none of those issues appeared to be marriage-enders,” although we think the timing is a little too convenient. Regardless, Stallone persisted and adopted a Rottweiler anyway.

The pup, Dwight, shares a first name with Stallone’s character on the upcoming Paramount+ crime drama series Tulsa King. Sources insist that the actor felt he and Flavin could’ve worked out their differences, but now that the divorce is under way, he seems to be really leaning into the new dog dad lifestyle. On August 5th, he shared an Instagram post dedicated to Dwight, captioned: “So incredibly happy with my newly acquired four legged friend ‘DWIGHT’ my characters name from the Series, keep punching and keep barking !!! Thank you very much to Trainer and breeder Dave Smith and his wonderful wife !!!” Another Instagram post arrived three days later, captioned: “‘DWIGHT’ Definitely a true friend! KeepPunching And Keep barking!”

That all seems perfectly innocent, but it seemed suspicious after Flavin shared a photo August 10th of her with the couple’s three daughters. “These girls are my priority,” she wrote. “Nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever.” That number feels very specific!

As a final nail in the coffin: Earlier this week, Daily Mail shared a photo indicating that Stallone had gotten his bicep portrait tattoo of Flavin covered up with a portrait of Butkus, the bullmastiff who appeared alongside Stallone in the first two Rocky films. So, the lesson we’ve learned today is: It ain’t about how hard you hit, it’s about how good of a tattoo artist you have. See the posts below.

This isn’t the only sketchy buzz around Stallone’s name recently. Back in December, an eyebrow-raising selfie prompted followers to believe he may be a believer in the alt-right conspiracy movement QAnon. This summer, he was among a list of celebrities accused of massive water restriction violations in Southern California, meaning he had overstepped his monthly water budget by at least 150% no less than four times since the end of last year. You can catch him in Tulsa King, his first-ever recurring TV role, November 13th on Paramount+.

Teen Found Dead In Georgia Woods After Turning Down Job To Work As A Sex Worker

Teen F0und D€@d In Georgia Woods

July 31, 2022

Sarai Llanos Gomez was originally from Ecuador and moved to America last year in hopes of creating a better life.

According to Gomez’s mother, the 19-year-old single mother of two moved to the Atlanta area from Chicago with plans to find a waitressing job so she could send money back to her family.

However, her dreams ended tragically last month when her body was found in a wooded area in Hall County, Ga.

Authorities say she’d been murdered.

“Ms. Gomez’s body was found on Paradise Point Road on June 20, 2022,” the sheriff’s office confirmed on Tuesday. “Investigators determined Ms. Gomez was a victim of murder; however, there was nothing at the scene that immediately pointed to her identity. The ongoing investigation, including the release of a composite GBI sketch of the victim, led to her positive identification this week.”

Authorities say that they’re looking for a motive for her death, but those who knew her to say that she may have been killed because she turned down work as a sex worker.

Gomez had moved from Ecuador to Chicago in 2021 and had lived with family members while she worked at various restaurants. She recently moved to Atlanta after receiving a job offer to work as a waitress in a hotel, Telemundo reported.

Luis Veintimilla, with the Ecuadorian Consulate, said that the move to Atlanta might have cost the victim her life.

“From the little information we have, we know she was living alone,” Veintimilla told the station. “She didn’t have many friends here, but she did in Chicago. She had moved here to make more money as a waitress.”

Veintimilla told 11 Alive that the job was not what it seemed, it was a job as a sex worker.

On the day before she disappeared, Gomez called her mother and said that she had turned down the offer. It was the last time her family heard from her.

“Unfortunately, this is such a painful event for the family and us, and now it’s a waiting game until we get more details,” Veintimilla told 11 Alive.

On June 30, before Gomez was identified, authorities released a sketch of a man who they said might be a person of interest in Gomez’s death but gave no further details.

While investigators figure out what happened to Gomez, her family is trying to get her body returned to Ecuador for a proper burial.

“They want to send her body back to me in ashes,” her mother, Gardenia Gomez, tells 11 Alive. “I want her body. How else will I know it’s really her?”

Anyone with information on the matter is urged to contact the Hall County Sheriff’s Office at 770-531-6900.

Gang carried guns in woman’s handbag

Gang carried guns in woman’s handbag

The prosecution's star witness yesterday testified that the Clansman-One Don gang used a woman to transport three illegal guns in her handbag, as part of a plan to kill a gang rival.

The Home Circuit Court also heard that the target was a top lieutenant in the Tesha Miller-faction of the Clansman gang but that the hit was aborted after they could not find him.

The self-confessed gang member said that the decision to use the woman was made by him and the reputed leader of the One Don Gang, Andre 'Blackman' Bryan, who ordered the killing. The witness testified that he and Bryan decided to have the woman carry the guns as the weapons couldn't fit under the seat of the car they were using.

He told the prosecutor "We were going to Ewarton [in St Catherine] and if we get stop by the police, we never wah dem fi find those guns."

Borrowed taxi

The guns, the court heard, were picked up from the woman in Lauriston, Spanish Town, St Catherine, when Blackman, the female defendant Stephanie Christie, and another alleged gang member met up with three other alleged gangs members who were to carry out the attack. According to the witness, they all left in two separate cars with him transporting the woman in the front seat of the borrowed taxi. When they reached at a certain point, the three alleged trigger men took the guns and they continued to Ewarton in search of the intended target, nicknamed 'Ice'. The witness said that when they arrived, the designated shooters stopped at a party and at a bar looking for 'Ice' but they could not find him. As a result, he said they placed the guns back inside the woman's handbag.

The witness also testified to two more murders that he claimed Bryan had ordered the gang to carry out. One he said was the killing of a man in Thompson Pen, St Catherine, who was reportedly shot and killed while sitting on a wall and his gun stolen. The other was the murder of a bus operator at the Spanish Town bus park, who was killed after he refused to pay extortion money and was encouraging other bus drivers to do the same.

Bryan and 32 other alleged gang members are being tried on an indictment with 25 counts under the Criminal Justice (Suppression of Criminal Organisations) Act and the Firearms Act, to which they have pleaded not guilty.
