Reports are that a lady who was sad that's she couldn't get a male partner decided to use Cassava as a substitution. She carve the mouth to a desired sizes. 

She had been using the cassava until one day, while using it on herself the cassava went deep in her and got stuck, she started bleeding and had to call for help where she was rush to the hospital.

She future received on emergency operation where the cassava was removed.
