Two JDF Officers Charged with triple murder on November 17, 2024, corporal
Mark Roye and constable Kelby white, were charged in the connection with
triple murder, execution style on November 10, 2024, in the area of Windward
Road.
The fatal shooting involving the deaths of 17-year-old Oshane Stubbs,
19-year-old Orando Campbell and 20-year-old Kayshawn Smith, was investigated
by the (INDECOM).

The Officers of the Director of Public Prosecution (ODPP) ruled that the
officers should be charged jointly with three counts of murder, three counts
of using firearm to commit a felony, and discharging a firearm in public.
According to the (JFJ) Jamaica for justice head Mickel Jackson say the recent
murder place on two officers servers a reminder that the Jamaican Constabulary
force must get rid of corrupted officers.
