Mother Charge With Murder After Telling her Son To Shoot During Fight: Watch Video

A 35-year-old Woman charged with murder after allegedly telling her 14-year-old son to shoot man during fight.

Carlishia Hood, 35 and her 14 year old son were arrested for murder on Wednesday in connection to the fatal shooting of 32-year-old Jeremy Brown. Hood bail was set for $3 million.

Reports are that around 11p.m hood went to get some food while her son waited in the car. While she was in the line on argument developed between she and Brown. Hood then allegedly started texting her son and signaling to him outside. 

Her son then entered and stood at the doorway at which point Brown punched Hood in the face three times, the video footages can be seen below.

The son retaliated immediately by pulling out a gun and fired shot at Brown, hitting him in the back. Brown ran out of the restaurant and the boy followed him firing additional shots.

Hood allegedly told her son to keep shooting Brown until dead according to prosecutors.

When the shooting was over Hood allegedly told her son to shoot a witnesses who was engaging in the argument. Hood try to took the gun away from her son, but he refused and pushed her away.

Brown suffered two gunshot wounds to the back and was pronounce dead at the scene.
